Internet Bookings Finished

We anticipate that some people will want to take part in the West Bridgford Photo Marathon but have not yet booked on the internet. There will be a limited number of places on the day for those wishing to take part but the following rules apply:-

1. You need to be at the Friary Drop In Centre at 9am prompt. Stewards will direct you to the correct table for late bookings.
2. Please bring the correct money with you - cheques and credit cards will not be accepted. Cost of entry for over 16s - £5. Cost of entry for under 16s - £2.50.
3. Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult who will accept responsibility for them throughout the Photo Marathon.
4. The number of late bookings will be limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Please refer to the rules of entry on this web site.
6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
7. If you have booked through the web site but not yet sent your cheque to us, please bring the email booking form with you along with your entry fee. This will save having to fill in a second form.
8. Please help us - in order to assist us, would you please notify us of your intention to pay on the day by using the Contact Us form.

Please note - only digital cameras are accepted and you must bring your own empty, formatted memory card. If your camera does not use the most common memory cards (CF, SD, XD), please bring the equipment supplied with your camera for uploading to our computers.
